By accessing or using Arkaiva, including Arkaiva Monitor and Arkaiva Live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Arkaiva provides Telegram bot services that monitor selected TikTok accounts, organize video updates, and provide live or recorded video features. Features may vary between free and premium offerings and may change over time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not use Arkaiva to infringe intellectual property rights, access content without authorization, distribute unlawful or harmful material, abuse Telegram or TikTok systems, interfere with the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
4. Content and Third-Party Platforms
Arkaiva may process links, metadata, and publicly available content from TikTok to provide requested features. TikTok and Telegram are independent third-party platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and Arkaiva does not control their availability, content, or policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Arkaiva, its branding, software, and original materials are owned by Arkaiva or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us the limited rights needed to operate the requested features. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use content submitted through the Service.
6. Premium Features and Availability
Some features may require a subscription or other payment. Pricing and feature details will be presented before purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular performance, or continued access to any specific feature.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkaiva disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
